Help Desk

IT NetSource, Inc. can provide non-contract clients with on-site time and materials support for all Server, Network and Workstation components, as well as full helpdesk support and application training.

Emergency Service
ITNS can provide support to your company on an "as needed" basis. If an emergency situation arises, our engineers can respond quickly to resolve both software and hardware issues. Routine administration tasks can be performed at your site, or, many can be accomplished by phone.

ITNS technical support and service scheduling is available through our help desk phone service.  If our engineers cannot resolve your problems verbally or through our Remote Services, they will schedule an engineer to visit your site with a priority that fits each particular issue.

Routine Service
ITNS can deliver a service program that supplies a minimum number of scheduled service hours per week at a contract rate. This provides for the routine on-going "break-fix" and user assistance every company needs.

ITNS can either provide all your networking services, or supplement your existing staff. We can fill in for your internal staff during scheduled vacations, sick leave or simply help absorb peaks in your maintenance requirements.
